Starr brings both lived experience and professional dedication to her role at SOS. As a person in long-term recovery, she understands many of the barriers individuals can face and is passionate about meeting people where they are with compassion, understanding, and support. She is deeply committed to continued growth, both personally and professionally, and believes in the power of community to help people overcome challenges and create meaningful change.

Born and raised in New Hampshire, Starr is especially passionate about supporting individuals living with addiction, mental health challenges, and the stigma that can come with both. She values advocacy, connection, and helping others feel empowered in their recovery journey. Outside of work, Starr enjoys going to the beach, traveling, taking walks with her boyfriend and their dog, and photography.
