Chloe Mikorski is a dual-degree Master of Social Work and Master of Public Administration graduate from West Virginia University and a dedicated advocate for recovery, equity, and social justice. Growing up in West Virginia, the opioid crisis and systemic targeting of rural communities shaped her commitment to helping others through recovery-focused work. She brings experience from an internship with SAMHSA’s Office of Recovery, along with roles in higher education and treatment settings, where she focused on expanding access to services through strategic messaging, community engagement, and program support to reduce stigma and strengthen systems of care. She is a strong proponent of harm reduction and multiple pathways to recovery.
