Join us as we celebrate national recovery month again this year.

The 7th annual SOS Recovery Rally is collaborating with Mobilize Recovery and bringing their Campus Surge 2025 initiative to Dover as part of a nationwide effort to address the challenges of substance use and mental health among college students. This annual event is a community celebration of national recovery month and aims to raise awareness, provide resources, and empower students to become advocates for recovery within their communities.

Every year SOS brings the community together with prevention, treatment, recovery, mental health and harm reduction resources. We will have over 35 local, state and national agencies on hand with resources and family friendly activities.
