Caitlin McGrath-Levesque

Caitlin McGrath Levesque is the Executive Director and co-founder of Red’s Good Vibes, a volunteer-run nonprofit built on a simple belief: compassion works best when it comes without conditions.

What began as a deeply personal loss became a movement grounded in trust, dignity, and community care. Under Caitlin’s leadership, Red’s Good Vibes has served over 500,000 free meals through free-meal food trucks and a growing network of community fridges across New Hampshire and surrounding states.

Known for saying what others won’t, and backing it up with action, Caitlin challenges systems that gatekeep support and normalize stigma. Her work centers on removing barriers, trusting people to know what they need, and showing up for one another in ways that are human first.

Caitlin’s connection to the recovery community is personal and deeply lived. It is where her commitment to stigma-free, no-barrier support was shaped, and where she learned firsthand how shame, judgment, and conditional help can do real harm. That lived understanding informs everything she builds, from how food is shared to how people are treated, grounded in the belief that nourishment, dignity, and belonging are not rewards, they are essential.

At the heart of everything she does, Caitlin is a proud parent of two, grounding her work in love, responsibility, and a deep commitment to the future.
