Holli’s journey in recovery and human services is deeply rooted in lived experience. She has worked with individuals facing substance use disorders, mental health crises, and unique challenges such as pregnancy, postpartum transitions, and involvement with DCYF. These experiences shape how she shows up every day: meeting people with compassion, understanding, and hope. At SOS, Holli serves on the Peer Strength Team, working closely with the criminal justice program. Having personally experienced involvement in the justice system, she brings both lived perspective and motivation to support others who may feel the same lack of support she once did. Her work allows her to turn her past into purpose, building connections and offering encouragement where it’s needed most.
She is especially passionate about mentoring women in sober living, supporting families, and advocating for access to resources across the community. Holli has built strong ties with many local organizations to help individuals navigate the supports they need and to remind people they don’t have to face challenges alone. Currently, Holli is completing her Bachelor’s degree in Human Services and pursuing certification to better serve adolescents living with both mental health and substance use struggles. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, connecting with nature, and continuing to learn new ways to grow both personally and professionally. Above all, Holli wants people to know that recovery is possible, and no one has to walk their journey alone.
